Great Interview. You reveal how personal development opens the possibilities for each of us. Thank you for asking the kinds of questions that reveal the ordinary foundation upon which this extraordinary person built.

Thank you for asking how he came to learn what he needed to learn. This sheds light for each of us on how we can direct our own learning.

Perspectives on family life helps us continue to strive for balance.

I’m grateful you took the time and effort to help us see in our ordinary lives the possibilities of becoming extraordinary. I bet there is a back story of how you pulled this off. (I’d like to hear that story one day!)

You ask some really good questions in this interview with Mike Dillard. I don’t know why, but I keep being surprised by Dillard. His responses here (and when I heard his Q&A live in Vegas) come across with deeper wisdom than one might expect. I used to have this view of Mike as the cocky-know-it-all with the one-size-fits-all solution. His masterful answers in Vegas, and the answers on your video reveal a lot of depth.

Congratulations – and yes I want to hear the next ones so I guess I have to sign up! You are a tricky mama! ; – )

You did a GREAT job of interviewing him… and I learned that he wasn’t Superman, but rather dedicated, disciplined, regular guy who had a dream and then worked and persevered with a focused determination to make it a reality.

He created his vision, set his sights, began the process and didn’t give up. That is the true definition of success. I laughed at his comment about family life because he has made adjustments to accommodate the changes in his life – obviously all positive.
