What a great interview you got here from Mike Dillard.
He’s a man of integrity and definitely knows what he is talking about. I also loved his take on leadership and it all comes down to leaders are made and not born.
With a little bit of personal development over time, anyone can be a leader.

Mentor Momma… Just got thru watchin’ the Shannon Hoverson interview.
Now it’s not often we get to her from the spouse of a successful marketer, so this is one interview that I do hope the “significant others” of my fellow marketers get to see… and pay close attention to.
Mark Hoverson is a lucky guy… in many ways. Not only does Mr. Hoverson have a BEAUTIFUL wife, but I think more importantly… she SUPPORTED his efforts. That is HUGE! I know many out there are not as fortunate.
Momma… it was a GREAT interview, asking some important , relevant questions.

Hi Nancy,
I enjoyed watching your interview with Mike Dillard. It was interesting to learn that he was not always the Leader, but through being in the industry he went through the process, striving for his goal, and did not quit. It is interesting also to note his personality trait of a rebellious streak, not wanting someone else telling him what to do, and how he worked to make himself free.

Mike Dillard is someone who everybody who has anything to do with becoming successful should listen to. I’ll bet those guys that had Mike serve their lunch at the restaurant he worked at are kicking themselves in the rear for not getting to know him better.
